Rasha Roshdy, Ed.D
Dr. Rasha Roshdy
Dr. Roshdy is a subject matter expert in foreign language education with extensive experience in instructional design working with the U.S. Government and higher education institutions. Her 17 years of practical knowledge includes management of educational projects, curriculum development, leadership, foreign language and culture. Her doctorate is in Educational Leadership from San Diego State University and she is fluent in French and Arabic.
She has extensive experience working with U.S. Special Operations Command, including creating part of the Special Operations Language Training program, which is still used today. Dr. Roshdy has created curriculum and taught members of the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard in foreign language and culture. She is also a certified oral proficiency tester and certified diagnostic assessment specialist with clearance to work on classified materials. She has held positions at San Diego State University, Defense Language Institute, Coleman University, University of Arizona, Naval Special Warfare Center, the Center for SEAL and SWCC, Kansas State University, and the San Diego State Foundation.
